Every training journey at Carbon Fitness begins with a Movement Analysis. This 1-on-1 assessment is designed to understand how your body moves, identify limitations, and uncover opportunities to improve performance, strength, and longevity.

Before your session, we take the time to learn about your goals, training history, and any previous injuries through a detailed intake questionnaire. This allows the assessment to be tailored specifically to you and your needs.

Using a combination of bodyweight, light dumbbells, barbells, and specialized tools, we assess how you move in a controlled and practical setting.
